i'm full of a cold at the moment and it's laying really heavily on my chest, i've had 2 asthma attacks in the last 2 days and it's doing my head in, taken my preventer as usual and my reliever but nothing is working (i'm not that bad that i need to go to hospital) just finding it really hard to breathe, tried olbas oil and menthol crystals too but nothing seems to be helping......i was wondering if our resident asthma sufferers have any hints on how to ease it
only got out of bed once today and that was to put the chicken in the oven, and do the veg, came back to bed cos i was completely exhausted, sitting upright relieves the symptoms somewhat but i have to sit in a quiet room just to concentrate on my breathing....or i forget to breathe (yeah i know that sounds daft but thats how it goes)
