Sorry Ken , I don't want to pile on your excellent work , but sometime perhaps you could inform us of the non-elected officials of the Council- their official names and roles.

Dates and times of meetings in the past have not generally been a contentious area.The dates were set well in advance, which is helpful to some members who might have to rearrange things.
It's only recently that problems have arisen.We need to get back to a position as a Council in my opinion, where dates and times of meetings are set at a time which is convenient to most members, irrespective of party.
There's a feeling at the moment amongst some members, rightly or wrongly that meetings are being deliberately set at a time that prevents some members from attending meetings.
