Please explain to this numpty T, if it included E.W.s 51% or not? cos if it didn't n then if fer circumstance ilyas converted his loan to shares twould leave E.W. with 25% as i understand things.
so therefore to my tiny mind that 25% would be meaningless, i'm simple really.
