Yet again a certain 'peace loving' section of the community are up in arms about what they perceive to be discrimination. Were the population of Accrington, Blackburn or any other East Lancashire town consulted before the erection of CCTV surveillance cameras? If they aren't up to any skulduggery they've nothing to moan about.
