Have you ever actually spent time in a third world country, Mancie? I have and I can tell you that even with the cuts this government are making (many of which I don't agree with), their policy is nowhere near that of a third world country.
Before you start spouting such utter tripe, go and spend some time in a thrid world country...it might open your eyes a little.
