This little rhyme was voiced over a scene of a schoolgirl eating the advertised product. What was it? (I think the voiceover was by the guy who used to be on That's Life, what was his name, always reciting his "odd odes?") Cyril somebody?

There was a young girl of Southend,
Who had only 'tuppence' to spend,
So what could be nicer,
