Why does everything go wrong at the same time?

Just recently everything is giving up at once.

I need a new exhaust on my car because it is blowing a little - see the pictures The exhaust that is one is the original one piece Ford exhaust from new. It is 8 years old and has done 226,000 miles so I suppose I can't complain. I will fit the new one in the morning so it is bound to rain tomorrow now.

A couple of weeks ago it needed 2 new rear flexible brake hoses for the MOT. Ok they were easy enough to fit but it was advised to replaced the track rod ends as well which I did. A few months ago I replaced a couple of rear suspension arms and a drop link.

I recently replaced a wheel bearing on our other car and repaired a slow puncture. It has had an annoying sqeak on the exhaust for ages which I keep sorting but comes back after a while. While trying to find it last week I found it needed 4 new front anti roll bar bushes so they got changed. Now it looks like a rear brake is causing some squeeling so that will need looking at soon as well. It needed a new CD player and speakers the other week because the old one would not pick up radio stations.

Yesterday I had the dishwasher in bits again because the handle was broken. I fixed the hand held vac as well while I was at it and looked at and ordered a part for a friend of Rhonda's GHD's.

Hopefully I will get time now to take the blown grill element out of the cooker to get a replacement from the shop in Accy.

Oh well at least fixing everything is keeping me busy on my days off
