Communication between groups, councillors and residents is one of the things I am desperately trying to improve, it's such a simple thing and yet is the difference between a community and a collection of dwellings.

I know your new to council work Ken, but you'll soon find out there's no so blind than those who don't want to see, if there's anything going wrong in their own little world they'll find out how to contact you believe me, be it 7am on a Sunday morning or 11-30pm on a Friday night
