I can't see this working at all.
GP's reckon they are already overstretched, and how many times have you been to see the doc and ended up seeing a nurse?

GP's should be concentrating on seeing patients,and being effective in their own practice.....running the NHS requires skills that many GP's do not possess.
I reckon it is down hill from here.
And Cashy you are right, there are a lot of *******, and power given to a ****** is scary...especially when your life depends on it.
