i think its a bad thing .... if you want a doctor its hard enough trying to get an appointment to see him .. so rather than him spending more time on paperwork .. and thinking i wonder if we can get cheaper swabs from this company rather than that one ... etc he should be seeing the patients rather than worrying if he has enough money to last out the month...

can understand where jaysays coming from .. but the docs and the community matrons would they have enough time to come out and see you ... they might be in a meeting to decide which new computers to get or which company to get some new equipment from ... rather than being out on the road and seeing patients ...
