Luckily I've only ever had two minor ops which needed pre op assessment, when I ha both cataracts done about 7 years ago, had both ops within 2 weeks of the pre ops. Thirteen weeks is ridiculous Shaz, its obvious your paperwork has been put in the wrong tray
