My understanding is this is a Tour Operator and therefore ATOL bonded, so everyone should be looked after. Still we cannot expect Sky News/ BBC etc to get it right all the time
Just seen the BBC Northwest news BG and it showed people with families turning up at Manchester Airport and being told their holiday was off, felt really sorry for them especially the kids
