That was mi old grannies remedy, if you'd hurt your sen, say your foot it was off down to Mrs Riley's herbalists opposite St Paul's School in Ossy for some Knitbone, not an ointment but the leaves, she would then pop them into a bowl of hot water then wrap them round your foot held in place with a crape bandage, sure did the trick
