To be fair in coming back to this, the Stanley Store has already implemented a good proportion of what the Silkmen have started.
In that we did have the Retail Census created by Sparkie which gave Lew good feedback for the Stanley Store & the online side of things which I think was great excersise and certainly the points I put across in it have been more than implemented.
This is one side of Stanley which can be certainly held up as a shining example of how interaction with Supporters can play a key part in help shaping the Club and increase the fans perspective of their Club whilst hopefully helping to increase revenue into the Club.
