Yes, John, you are right....and a public park conjures up peace and flowers and green space....and perhaps an occasional Band concert in the summer...very nice and pleasant, but not smelly food and loud music......this kind of stuff should be in a farmers field somewhere well away from a residential area.
As I said, I am glad it is miles away from me.
