They sored off West trying to dodge the lurking Dragon Fly, who would have had the best lunch in years, mating for the one time in their life before the males lost their wings and died (tee hee ...sounds good to me).
They are all gone now ... just one or two stragglers. Know the crack where they are coming from. Have no filler or owt so plugged with a tissue. Sorta' sad to see the few stragglers frenetically puzzling why they cannot get down there.
Will try and get tomorrow a product that a Pest Controller recommended on the Jeremy Vine show a few days ago.
Hate the little beggars, but suppose it was a privilege to witness this One Day Event in the year.

I've had problems with ants for a few years now in the house, but only for about 5 or 6 weeks back end of April through May into June, then they completely disappear. I did have had some ant powder which they didn't seem to like.
