i used to work in dat garage 2 yrs ago n da owner of the mill wanted to get it most of it knocked down ages ago but cuz the council ad sed dat it was a safe building they wudnt do anything with it apart from take a some bricks off the chimney n by the way when you was talkin bout it bein a insurance job think again because it wasnt cause it wasnt insured for fire damage due to it bein a listed building and the big chimney being there
