Use Iobit security 360
Use Ccleaner (once a week)
Use IobitAdvanced SystemCare (once a week)
Use Microflop (I mean Microsoft) security essentials
Use PCtools Spyware Doctor
All are freeware and this combination does not slow your rig or conflict with each other.
I use this combination and all i get is a few cookies every now and again
