I personally wouldn't want either development around Bullough, Dunkenhalgh or the old power station site because they aren't 'involved' enough. Church would be 100% ideal (close to home!) because it is only just out of the town centre and has potential for a lot more business to be built around it. There might not be much in the way of pubs now, but most of the buildings are still there and could quite easily be re-opened. It's close to the motorway and close to a railway station, it's also only just off a major bus route. Winners all round as far as local business is concerned.
The other MAJOR thing is that around 10,000 cars a day would pass by the site, which keeps it at the forefront of peoples thoughts as far as marketing and appeal are concerned.

Is there room to expand on all sides ??? . the place i work at has bought a place too expand , but now have become trapped cause they can't expand any further ...
