Your last paragraph basically covers what your daughter did, she gave revues, of those establishments.
So far as accywebs rules are concerned businesses can be advertised on site, but, only after following the correct protocol as shown here:-

It would after all only be polite to do so.
If, this person hadn't done this then the thread would be removed, however we have more than one admin', so it may be that time elapsed before everyone concerned, (all admins/mods had been checked for having given/not given permission).
This is only speculation on my part and not cast in stone.
