Tony Blair got away with it didn't he - they told lies (oh sorry we are not allowed to say that in this politically correct - bureaucratic whitewashing society) Blair made up a pack of lies in order to get other politicians and the public to back the war in Iraq, with his weapons of mass destruction. Even though 2 Million people marched against it. It's like attacking someone in the street because you "thought" they were going to attack you. Same principle.
