I went to Barrow many times when I was driving tankers and I seem to recall a sign somewhere along the way but it's must be over 25 years ago. I retired 11 years ago and worked the north east for ten before that and Scotland for a few years before that. Notice I never got the southern contract, I had to keep the MD in G&T to avoid it.

It was at Ravenglass I recall seeing signs for it when driving by and saw it in a brochure - not sure if it's still there though?
