Does anyone know the cost of building the massive new roundabout, Tesco's location has required?

Since the newly constucted roundabout in Oswaldtwistle cost a reported £800,000.00, the million pound bung, whoops again, 'donation' Tesco gave the council to prettify the town centre, as part of the terms of their planning application's approval, in real terms there might not be many blooms in the flower towers.
