Well I've just got my latest statement and my Direct Debit has been increased from £20-59p a month to £30-68p a month.

I decided to ring and ask why.
Yes it does seam a lot said the man and immediately decreased it to £21 00 a month.
Still not satisfied I decided to investigate further.
The meter readings were way out and It turned out was not my meter they had been reading.
Back on the phone.
Oh dear there must be a mistake! I will arrange for an engineer to come out and investigate

This will take about a month then we will revise your bill.This will take another month.
I wonder how long It would take If I canceled my payments?
