Stop moaning on about how it could have been better spent in Rishton, you are starting to sound like a stuck record.
If the Council did not tell people what was going on they would get people complaining about that. When they do people complain it costs money to inform you about things. They cant win.
The bigger issue here is the suggested bias of the information not the cost of it.
