As far as im concerned i hope he dont quit or get fined .. hes the manager .. if the premier league knows more than the teams manager .. why arent they managing blackpool ... rather than ian holloway ...

Holloway knows the rules and by changing 10 players he knows what the outcome is. Maybe he has done it delibarately to get out easier
