You could well be right. To deliver 7500 bags across Hyndburn is going take some time, especially if we get some more snow.To delivery 5000 bags and keep within the funding allocated was going to be tight. And what I understand about the funding, a touch on the optimistic side. I hope everything turns out alright, and everyone who wants a bag of grit gets one.
