It's all humbug, Jaysay. I went out earlier to pick up a few bits and pieces; normally, sunday shopping is quite civilised. I get what I want and then usually have a glass of champoo and a bit of natter. Today was an absolute nightmare.
The place was full of little brats - thousands upon thousands of them creating havoc everywhere and to make matters worse the precinct bar had been turned over to kiddies face painting. That, on top of some useless grotto (although I must say some of the fairy queen girls were cracking looking wenches)
So I went to the pub round the corner but even that was packed with squealing kids. I could not even get through the door.It's going to take me a week to recover.
