Back in 1967-70, I had three children in three and a half years and used towelling nappies, and I coped - it was child's play! - but green bins have got me beat - I have a garden with several fruit trees and I have two compost bins, but in spite of letters and phone calls, I cannot have a green bin - so instead, I have to buy large plastic sacks, which with great difficulty I have to fill with chopped-up branches and brambles, and the council collects 6 of these each month when I phone them -- A GREEN BIN WOULD BE SO MUCH EASIER!
