the council built whole estates , each house with a front,rear and in some cases a side garden yet when you ring for a green bin you will be told you are not in a garden area so you cant have one.Higher council tax bands with smaller and less gardens get one.

ive just started a relationship with a blind woman !Its quite rewarding but quite challenging ! it took me ages to get her husbands voice right
