Plenty of people struggle to make their money stretch to a decent standard of living but dont turn to theft to supplement their income.Theft is theft no matter what ,its wrong.Nine times out of ten people like that think the world owes them a living.The system for dealing with them is to leniant and panders to the dogooders who jump up and down because the person comes from a deprived background or a broken home, "its not his or her fault they do these bad things" they say, well its not mine or any other decent persons either but we have to keep picking up the tab for these people.
