Can't see that myself JCB, its a different kettle of fish with any coalition, in 79 the Tories stood alone and Labour were unelectable and remained so even under Kinnock, its only when New Labour were born and change to Centre politics that they stood any chance, plus the Tories had shot themselves in the foot so many times 1997 was a foregone conclusion as was the mess that was predicted Labour would make
