Half the camera vans you see are parking in silly places obstructing the road or footpath.
Speed is not always a factor when someone is hit by a car. Basically you can't hit them if they are not on the road and its not always the drivers fault.
I have hit 2 people, both not my fault, both in Burnley strangely but I don't think that was relevant. |
