Canturbury and Ludlow are percieved as nice places to live, thus it follows that if they call their shoddy buildings after these places then people will automatically equate the qualities of living in either of these two places with the slice of terraced house they are being asked to fork out £140,000 for.

The area in question has, for centuries, been known as Alleytroyds (sometimes spelt Alleytroids) and the adjacent land to the east as Lower Antley after Lower Antley Hall. There is no historical association with any thing called Greenfield Meadows.
