There are at least 4 types of Lancashire cheese: Crumbly, Tasty, Creamy/Mild and Blue. If it isn't made in PR3, then it isn't Lancashire cheese.
Of beers , there's Thwaites', Moorhouses,Holt's, Pheonix, Hyde's - all made in Lancashire. All available in bottles.

There are also Lancashire Sheeps Milk and Goats Milk Cheeses too, & very nice they are!
