I am relieved that I successfully survived last week, when I was having old furniture shipped out and new furniture shipped in - and the resulting shifting about that needed doing, I managed on my own.
I haven't had this much energy in years ! - my get well strategy is showing positive signs of success - so I feel exhilarated (but I ache a bit)
