I was musing along the line of facilities, o.k. So the shops don't have their own toilets, is there anything in the rent agreement about toilets? Is there a legal maximum distance a landlord can expect a tenant to have to go before finding a relief station? Is there any decency in a council or it's leader that claims to be saving 10k by inconveniencing traders, bus drivers and shoppers when they spend almost half that amount per year on free butties for themselves?
Cut down on your own luxuries before you remove ordinary folk the pleasure of spending a penny.
