im guessing a new rule to pop up will be that children can use the balcony without adult supervision as long as they buy a soft drink from the cafe upstairs along the way 
there may be a job creation opportunity here.Chaperone children on and off the blacony for £1.00 per child.

ive just started a relationship with a blind woman !Its quite rewarding but quite challenging ! it took me ages to get her husbands voice right
