Ok I confess I fixed it for you.
You uploaded it as a profile picture - it is far too big and I will resize it when I get chance.
You should have uploaded it as your avatar not your profile picture. Profile picture are only seen when someone looks at your profile page.
I moved the thread to the forum help section as well
