I suspect that this could relate to Oak Hill Park and the place name terminology has got a little twisted down the years. If it is Oak Hill Park, then it would be interesting to see if anyone can spot if there is 'owt still surviving from 1900 (assuming, of course, that the original garden plan went ahead).
