There are over 1,000 known circles in the U.K. Went on a trip visiting 5 of them last year ... was good because of the area .... the Peak district.

This one was in a tranquil wooded glade, and you could just imagine pixies and fairies hovering around it.

Called Nine Ladies.

Rumoured that they were turned into stone for taking part in the devils' ritual dance with a local fiddler. Story is that on a full moon at midnight, the fiddler plays and the Nine Ladies come to life and dance again to the Fiddler's tune...

So, they are nothing special ... but only one Accrington Stanley stand.
Is all very strange, but would be interesting to see what they are up to.
