Don't try and make out there's some sort of difference between the major parties on this issue, because it won't wash. When it comes to Europe, both the Labour and Tory lot are the same. They're both pro-EU, despite the cost to the British taxpayer and the loss of our sovereignty. Any promises on a referendum are just empty words because they know the British public can't be relied on to give the "correct" answer.
