Basically, we prefer farmhouse cider, made from freshly squeezed apples rather than mass produced stuff made from concentrates, or even worse, concentrates & corn syrup (Strongbow, Woodpecker, white lightning etc)
There are some decent bottled ciders, Westons Organic, Westons 1880, Thatchers Katy are very popular.
Westons also do a 3 litre box of organic.
if you come to Oxford next season, go to the Priory pub next to the ground & try a pint of Black Dragon, in my opinion, (although it is welsh
), it is simply the best cider around, but at 7.2% be careful
