Thanks for that Restless........I think the one I gave the link for is perhaps a different model, as it has a capacitive screen. Battery life is said to be 7 hours(it doesn't say whether this in standby mode...but I would suspect that it is)
To be fair,it isn't a lot of money and the guy on the video seems to constantly be comparing it to the iPad...if you haven't used an ipad then you have not got that comparison to make.
I am sure that something like this would be adequate for my requirements......and there are cheaper versions available(but from Taiwan - which I guess is where they all originate from).
