Not as good as I hoped but better than I feared
Lowest entry of the season so far this week
, which I put down to nerves - 39 forecasts, 16 for us, 7 for them, 16 for the draw - but only DaBeast, LancsDave and NigeB correctly guessing scoreless.
So on to the table - and at this point I probably need to say
that I have assumed from the beginning that we're running this over the 46 games of the regular season
, i.e. not including any play-offs (actually at the beginning the thoughts of play-offs never crossed my mind!). Any complaints, see the padre.
On that basis, the contenders are down to 3, with 2 games to go and 10 points still to play for - these are C'monStanley on 102 after 3 points today, Kiwi John on 94 after drawing blank and NigeB on 93 following his maximum.
