as the title says..
after 2 intense interviews lasting 4 hours in total...I got a call today to say I have been offered the job which I have took.

start end of may - £3k more than I am just now.. and pay reviewed after 6 months which will go to what I asked for to start with
..
30 odd days holiday and every other weekend off with bonus and healthcare..
have to say I am quite chuffed..
just gotta do my resignation letter now
nice to buck the trend for once..
