I know this.. the nurses are vastly more qualified now than they were 15yrs ago.. in fact I'd take more notice of a nurse these days rather than the GP.. and now this joke of a government are hell bent on transfering billions to the GP's for no reason.. well I mean the reason is to make cuts in the NHS by closing down costly A&E's and have the GP's backroom accountants decide who will cost the most out of thier budget to have treatment...what could possibly go wrong ?
