I've bought/renewed a few things about the house, upgraded the microwave to one that works, got rid of my gas fired Television, the problem I seem to have is the deep fat frier, It has two dials for temperature and timer, I've actually read the destructions, (well glanced at them as they fell out of the box).
but I can't seem to set the two dials to warm the oil unless I set the timer.
Am I supposed to start with cold oil? or warm the oil for the time cooking instructions recommend then immerse?
I must admit, so far I'm enjoying my fat free pieces of charcoal.
