Quoted for truth. He was a reckless and irresponsible leader. Proven on wasted money spent on a market hall, all ready clearly not working. Shutting toilets, taking credit for saving a care home and in the run up to the election, flashing the cash in must win wards.
Mr.Moss has made it quite clear he wants clear transparency between the council and the electorate. He has stood his ground on that matter, whilst continually been told, to hush up. He set out what he wanted to achieve, made himself approachable and would try and find answers to peoples questions. His approach has worked, well it's rubbed off on his colleagues
