Mr.Moss has made it quite clear he wants clear transparency between the council and the electorate. He has stood his ground on that matter, whilst continually been told, to hush up. He set out what he wanted to achieve, made himself approachable and would try and find answers to peoples questions. His approach has worked, well it's rubbed off on his colleagues

I also remember somebody else saying they wanted total transparency whilst in opposition, but it didn't quite work out that way when in power, just a thought
